GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS Guidelines:
- Each Video must be in taken in Landscape
- Each Video must be 3.0+ Seconds long
- Ball must be visible and travel from Left to Right
- Ball must travel from off camera, to on camera, to off camera
- Participants must use regulation squash racquet and ball
- No Other People, Objects or Logos may be on screen
- Participants agree to Terms & Conditions below
Suggested Positions
Player 1: Stand Inside Court Door; Give Instructions; Record Video
Player 2: Stand Off Screen by Left Wall; Toss Ball
Player 3: Stand In Front of the "T"; Face Back Wall
Helpful Tips
Press 'Record' then wait 2-3 seconds BEFORE tossing-and-hitting the ball
Hit the Ball in a High Arch so it does not Rebound Back on Screen
Wait 2-3 seconds AFTER the ball is hit then press 'Stop'
Right-handed people hit Forehand
Left-handed people hit Backhands
Wear SquashSmarts clothes or fun, bright clothing!
Avoid dark color clothes and backgrounds as it hides the ball!
Hold your back-swing and your follow-through
Stay Still and Don't Watch the Ball After You've Hit It.
